* DOES NOT INCLUDE Airplane or transportation to or from your place of origin, personal expenses, or medical expenses insurance in any program.
NOTE:
- A minimum of 3 people is required for the summer program and a minimum of 2 people for other programs.
- Payment will be made according to the exchange rate of the day and established by Misión Maya.
- Accommodation in Cancun can be at the Human Development Home or at the Mayan Mission Home (within the Fundación de la Alegría).
- 50% of the fee is required 2 months before the day of arrival and the other 50% one month before the day of arrival.
- For deposits from abroad, there is an extra charge of $ 30 USD per transfer or deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
- In the event of any cancellation, payment can only be refunded:
- 100% UP TO ONE MONTH BEFORE starting the program.
- 50% UP TO FIFTEEN DAYS BEFORE starting the program.
- Passing the 15 days prior to the start of each program, we will not be able to make any refund.
- Any refund will be made by bank transfer and within 2 to 5 business days (Mexico).
- Refunds outside the country may take longer than normal.
- For refunds abroad, the amount equivalent to the bank commission will be discounted.
- To request a refund, you must write to administracion@misionmaya.com. clarify the reason and attach a photo or copy of the proof of payment.
